If necessary, you can remove a treatment template. For example, if you accidentally made a treatment template, you can remove it.

1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
3. Select Edit.
   
4. Select Change Template.
   
   SmartFlow shows a Change A Treatment dialog box.
5. Select the Treatment template box.
   
   SmartFlow shows your organization's treatment templates.
6. Slide the applicable treatment template to the left.
   
   SmartFlow shows the Delete button.
7. Select Delete.
