Cancel previous treatment tasks
When you complete a treatment task, you can cancel all previous treatment tasks that are not completed at the same time. After you cancel the treatment tasks, SmartFlow identifies them with a cross for staff to know that you did not complete the tasks.
Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow web app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow iPad app.
- Select the applicable treatment task.SmartFlow shows a dialog box.
- Select the cross and tick button.
- Select Next.SmartFlow selects the next treatment task and shows a box that you can use to record applicable information.
- The information that you recorded in the completed treatment task
- A cross in each canceled treatment task
