Remove items of drop-down lists

A practice manager can remove items of a drop-down lists. For example, if some items are not necessary, the practice manager can remove them.

To remove items, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.
    The SETTINGS command
    SmartFlow shows the General screen.
  3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Lists Management.
    SmartFlow shows the Lists Management screen.
  4. Select the applicable drop-down list.
    SmartFlow shows the items of the applicable drop-down list.
  5. Select the applicable items.
  6. Select Delete selected.
    SmartFlow shows a This operation will delete selected item. dialog box.
  7. Select Continue.
The list does not have the items.
