Sync the photos on admission forms to show as patient pictures

If you have a photo of a patient on an admission form, you can make the photo show as the patient's picture in SmartFlow. Thus, it is not necessary to get another photo.

Make sure the patient is not currently on the whiteboard.

To sync the photos on admission forms to show as a patients' pictures, do this procedure.

Note: If you have an practice information management system (PIMS) integration, you cannot sync a photo from a form to a patient's picture.

Select the user account button.
SmartFlow shows more settings.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows the General screen.
In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Forms.
SmartFlow shows the Forms screen.
Hover over the name of the form, and select the applicable form.
SmartFlow shows the properties of the form.
Select the pencil button that is adjacent to the name of the form.
SmartFlow shows the Edit Form dialog box.
Set Show on Main Screen to YES.
Select Done.
SmartFlow closes the Edit Form dialog box.
Select SAVE.
