After you made a form, you can show a preview of the form. For example, you can do a check to make sure that the form has the necessary information.

1. Select the user account button.
   
2. Select SETTINGS.
   
   SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Forms.
   
   SmartFlow shows a Forms screen.
4. Hover over the name of the form, then select the applicable form.
   
   SmartFlow shows form settings.
5. Select PDF PREVIEW.
