Pilot features

If necessary, a practice manager can change the name of a form.

To change the name of a form, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.

Select the user account button.
Select SETTINGS.
SmartFlow shows a General settings screen.
In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Forms.
SmartFlow shows a Forms screen.

In the Title box, enter the correct name.
Select Done.

The form has the new name.
