Before you can use the SmartFlow app on your iPad, it is necessary to sign in to the app.

1. Open the SmartFlow app.
   SmartFlow shows a dialog box. The dialog box shows a message: "SmartFlow" Would Like to Send You Notifications. Notifications may include alerts, sounds and icon badges. These can be configured in Settings.
2. In the dialog box, select Allow.
   Note: To make sure that the SmartFlow app has the necessary updates and syncs correctly, you must activate SmartFlow notifications. If it is necessary, you can activate SmartFlow notifications in your iPad settings. For more information, refer to Change notification settings on iPad.
3. In the left sidebar in SmartFlow, select the user icon.
   SmartFlow shows a sign-in page.
4. In the Email box, enter your email address.
   Note: Use the same email address and password that you use to get access to SmartFlow in your web browser.
5. In the Password box, enter your password.
6. Select LOGIN.
