SmartFlow Knowledge Center: New and published

If necessary, you can use a signature to complete a treatment task.

Make sure that a practice manager set the Picker type of the applicable parameter to Initials.

To use a signature, do this procedure.

Note: You cannot use the web app to do this procedure. You must use the iPad app.

Go to the whiteboard.
Select the applicable patient card.
SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
Select the applicable treatment cell.
SmartFlow shows a dialog box that you can use to record information.
Select the signature button.
SmartFlow shows a dialog box that you can use to record your signature.
Use your devices screen to record your signature.
Select Save.

The treatment task has the signature. If you select the photo icon, SmartFlow shows the signature:
