After you complete a treatment task, the treatment task shows the information that you recorded on the flowsheet. As a result, other staff can quickly and easily see the information that you recorded.

1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
3. Select the applicable treatment task.
   SmartFlow shows a box that you can use to record information.
4. Enter the applicable information.
