Restore a flowsheet for a discharged patient

If necessary, you can restore a flowsheet for a discharged patient (for example, if you accidentally completed the patient flowsheet).

To restore a completed patient flowsheet, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the SmartFlow iPad app to do this procedure. You must use the SmartFlow web app.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select ARCHIVE.

    SmartFlow shows an All Hospitalizations screen.
  3. Select the Restore button of the applicable patient.

    SmartFlow shows a Restore Hospitalization dialog box.
  4. Select Restore.

    SmartFlow changes the status of the patient sheet to Active.
SmartFlow starts the patient flowsheet again. Staff can add treatments and tasks to the patient flowsheet.
