To show summary information about a patient's treatments and clinical care, use the Billing report. You can use the Billing report to help invoice a client.

1. Go to the whiteboard of the applicable patient.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   SmartFlow shows the patient's flowsheet.
3. Select Finalize.
   
   SmartFlow shows options for patient discharge.
4. Select View Billing.
   
   SmartFlow shows a End of Shift Billing pop-up window.
5. Select Yes.
   
   SmartFlow shows the End of Shift billing dialog box.
6. In the DVM on Duty box, select the applicable veterinarian.
   
7. Use the End of Shift box to select the date and time that the veterinarian completed their shift.
8. Select Save.
