RxWorks billing integration is built around individual stock items, not for procedures. So clinics are able to bill individual items like injectable medications fine, but they will not be able to bill any procedures via SmartFlow.

This allows clinics to capture some of those missed charges, particularly for hospitalised patients (e.g. medications), but for procedures they will continue to bill these as they always have direct within RxWorks.
