SmartFlow Knowledge Center: New and published

Before you can do work in SmartFlow for a patient from Petbooqz, you must add the patient to SmartFlow.

To add a patient to SmartFlow from Petbooqz, do this procedure.

In Petbooqz, select a patient.
Select the department that you want to add the patient to.
Enter the patient's weight in the patient history.
Petbooqz shows the SmartFlow logo adjacent to the patient's department.
To enter a cage number, select the SmartFlow logo.

SmartFlow has the patient information from Petbooqz.
