Merlin is a practice information management system (PIMS) from MWI Animal Health. Before you can use Merlin with SmartFlow, you must configure the integration.

1. Sign in to Merlin.
2. In the Utilities menu, select Settings.
3. In the left sidebar, select Smart Flow.
4. In the URL box, enter https://www.smartflowsheet.com/
5. In the API URL box, enter https://www.smartflowsheet.com/api/v3
6. In the Clinic API Key box, enter the SmartFlow API key.
7. In the Global API GroupId box, enter the global API group ID that you received from MWI Animal Health.
8. Select Register Webhook.
9. In the Integrations menu, select Synchronise.
   Merlin shows the Synchronise Smart Flow dialog box.
10. Select Start.
