Use Neo to admit a patient to SmartFlow (consultation method)

To admit a patient to SmartFlow, you can use a Neo consultation.

Make sure that the consultation has the Draft status.

To admit a patient, do this procedure.

Find and open the applicable Neo consultation.
Select Send to Smart Flow.
SmartFlow shows a Send to SmartFlow dialog box.
If SmartFlow does not show a Send to Smart Flow button, the consultation does not have the Draft status.
Do a check of the dialog box information and make changes as necessary.
Note: The Send to SmartFlow dialog box only shows the Sex setting:
- If the patient sex is not known
- If the Overview tab of the patient record does not have a sex selected
If the dialog box shows a Sex box and you make a selection, SmartFlow also saves the selection to the Overview tab of the patient record.
Select Send.

Neo syncs the patient record to SmartFlow.

A Open in Smart Flow button replaces the Send to Smart Flow button. To open the patient record in SmartFlow, select Open in Smart Flow.
