Animana shows the Patient not found on this location error message

If you try to discharge a patient from SmartFlow, and Animana shows the Patient not found on this location error message, do these troubleshooting steps.

Restore the flowsheet and use Animana to discharge the patient

  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select ARCHIVE.

    SmartFlow shows the All Hospitalizations screen.
  3. Select the Restore button of the applicable patient.

    SmartFlow shows the Restore Hospitalization dialog box.
  4. Select Restore.

  5. Go to your Animana site.
  6. Find and open the applicable patient record.
  7. Select SmartFlow.
