SmartFlow automatically makes records after you discharge a patient. For example, the Flowsheet report shows a patient's flowsheets. If necessary, you can manually add the records to an Animana patient record.

1. Find and open the applicable patient record.
2. Select More Actions.
   Animana shows more settings.
3. Select Attachment.
   Animana shows the ATTACHMENT screen.
4. Select the category box, then select the applicable SmartFlow category.
5. Make the other settings as necessary.
6. Select Add.
