Remove a connection between a PIMS product and a SmartFlow parameter

If necessary, a practice manager can remove a connection between a practice information management system (PIMS) product record and a SmartFlow parameter. For example, if the parameter is connected to the incorrect product record, a practice manager can remove the connection.

To remove a connection, do this procedure.
  1. Select the user account button.

  2. Select SETTINGS.

  3. In the TEMPLATES AND FORMS section, select Parameters.

  4. Find the applicable parameter and select the pencil button.

  5. Select the remove button of the first Name box.

  6. Select Update.
