SmartFlow Knowledge Center: New and published

Before you can use SmartFlow with Covetrus Pulse, it is necessary to configure the integration.

Contact IDEXX customer support to get the SmartFlow API key.

To configure the Covetrus Pulse integration, do this procedure.

Note: You must use a Covetrus Pulse account with access to settings.

Sign in to Covetrus Pulse.
Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Covetrus Pulse shows a menu.
Select Integration Settings.
Covetrus Pulse shows the Integration Settings section.
Select Enable Smart Flow.
Select Remove 'Inventory_' when communicating with SmartFlow.
Select Enable Smart Flow.
Covetrus Pulse shows the Smart Flow Settings section.
In EMR Integration API Key, enter the key that IDEXX customer support sent to you.
Select Import medical record notes?.
Select Import medical record treatments?.
Select Save.

SmartFlow has an integration with Covetrus Pulse.
