Information about a patient that shows who is responsible for the patient, how the patient behaves, and how stressed the patient is. The care details are three optional fields: Attendee (the staff member responsible for the patient), Demeanor (the patient's temperament), and FAS Score (the patient's Fear-Anxiety-Stress level, from 0 to 5). You can set any combination of the three fields, or leave them blank. SmartFlow shows the care details on the whiteboard and as badges on the patient card.
